Hello! We’re a family of four from the Gold Coast, Australia.
Three years ago, we stepped out of the daily grind in search of a life less ordinary. We wanted to do what made us most happy and spend more time with our little people. We knew travel was our answer, our chance to be together. The rest could wait.
On March 1, 2020, we buckled up for a whirlwind trip around the globe, blissfully unaware of the historical event about to unfold. Our trip-of-a-lifetime unknowingly signed up for a date with an equally unprecedented global pandemic.
When life handed us lemons, we found ourselves making lemonade in Western Australia. We bought our first ever home-on-wheels, a cozy caravan, and pivoted to exploring the breathtaking vistas of our own backyard.
Flash forward to the present, the world has finally loosened its shackles, and so have we, excitedly embarking on our international escapades again. Ready or not, Take 2 is underway!
We absolutely love sharing our travel tales, painting pictures through the lens of our camera, capturing the sheer beauty of this world. Our hope is that we'll inspire others to step outside their comfort zones, explore more, and create their own collage of cherished memories together.

I’m a sweet-toothed, coffee-loving mum with permanently itchy feet and a camera always at hand to freeze life’s precious moments.
Thanks to my dad, who was an airline pilot, I’ve had a passport before I could even walk. Born in Sydney, I was on my first flight just five days later, and my childhood unfolded like a world map - Australia, Malaysia, Hong Kong, New Zealand, and Samoa included.
Diverse corners of the globe became my playground at a young age, sparking a curiosity in me that has only grown over time.
I'm convinced that travel is some sort of enchanting spell—it molds young minds in the most incredible ways and knits families closer together. Its magic is limitless.
I’m also a big dreamer and believe everyone deserves to live their happiest lives with the ones that matter most.

My background is in journalism and public relations.
Once upon a time, I solo-piloted a Cesna 152 aircraft. In fact, I nearly tossed journalism aside to chase a pilot's life, driven by my insatiable wanderlust.
My love for coffee and chocolate knows no bounds!
When it comes to my little ladies, I'm a complete softy. I champion gentle parenting and believe motherhood, while the most rewarding, is also the toughest gig on the planet.
G’day! I’m a shopfitter/builder, wonderful husband (I think 😉) and lucky dad to my two incredible girls.
Before our adventure around Australia, I was working long hours and living for the weekend. Life was about ticking boxes and doing what was expected. I initially thought putting everything on hold to travel the world was a crazy idea but I’m a real example of how travel can change a person.
I now have a new perspective on what is most important in life and love this precious time with all my girls. This chapter has also given me a new-found passion for photography and videography. The drone is now my tool of choice!

I love the ocean, outdoor adventures, most sports and keeping fit.
I’m just as happy relaxing at home with a coffee though.

I have a love/hate relationship with sharks.
I can also be a bit of an adrenaline junkie. I’ll give most things a go!
Hello, I’m Harper! I’ve just turned 8 years old and will run the world one day. They say I’m strong-willed but I just know what I want. I wonder when they’ll just accept that I’m really the boss of this family?! I have a great memory (much better than Dad’s) and still remember trips we took when I was just two. I’m super clever, very creative and a great decision maker (much better than Mum).

I’m happiest in the pool or by the beach.
I took my first steps on holiday at Moreton Island.
I love everything Disney. We were going to celebrate my 5th birthday at Disneyland in 2020 but the naughty corona bug stopped that. I can’t wait to get there.
I’m very much Mummy’s girl.
Hi, I’m Eva! I’m six years old and the littlest member of the tribe. I’ve caught up to my big sis in height though so everyone thinks she’s my twin. Must be all the ice cream I eat, not the vegetables! When I’m not eating ice cream I love to sing and dance and play with my big sis. Before we started travelling, I was very shy but I’ve really come out of my shell since then. I’m super caring and I absolutely adore animals!
A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME:
I have a great set of lungs on me! Mum was terrified of flying with me when I was a baby.
I took my first steps on holiday in Samoa.
I used to be Mum’s little koala and I never left her hip but I’m Daddy’s girl now.
My favourite saying is “I’m hungry, can I have an icecream?”.
